Oil: Iran's oil minister said that there was "nothing left" for the United States to sanction under the Trump administration's maximum pressure policy.

Health: The government imposed a month-long nightly curfew starting at 6 p.m. on restaurants and nonessential businesses in Tehran and other large cities. Coronavirus tests would double to 100,000 per day, the health ministry said.
