The following are excerpts from his speech.

“Opening phases 15 and 16 of South Pars gas filed proved that the nation’s resolve is unswerving against the conspiracy of great powers’ sanctions.”

“Conspiracies will not cause the 11th government will not abandon its promises to the nation and we will witness lift of sanctions in the coming days.”

“While oil producers and exporters are facing a plight because of drop in oil prices, we will soon submit a budget bill to the parliament including only 25 per cent oil-based revenues.”

“The great nation of Iran, with their resistance and strength and guidance from the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, could pass through the difficult path of sanctions.”

“This great nation did great work and showed its neighbors and the world that it can cross all difficult bridges and moor the ship of the country to the safe shores.”

“Despite all difficulties this year, economic growth of the country will be positive and I assure the people of Iran that next year (1395) will be the year of economic growth.”

“The country will grow its wealth through technology, productivity, and its youths’ hard work.”
“Resistance Economy is not based on foreigners’ development, rather it is based on youths’ talents.”

“We will not reach anywhere by extremist measures because destroying and setting things on fire is easy; but creating and bringing prosperity.”

“Despite stagnation propaganda by some, during the difficult economic conditions and drought, all areas including agriculture have witnessed growth.”
